We’re Hiring: Member Sales & Relations Coordinator
Laredo, TX | Full-Time
The Laredo Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional to help grow and strengthen our membership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, sales, and community engagement.
What you’ll do:
Recruit new member businesses and support retention of existing members
Build strong relationships through regular outreach, visits, and engagement
Onboard and support new members, connecting them to Chamber benefits and events
Serve as staff liaison to select Chamber committees, councils, and Ambassador groups, providing coordination and administrative support
Coordinate and support Chamber events such as Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, and orientations
Maintain accurate member records, billing, and invoicing using GrowthZone
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Professional, outgoing, and confident in face-to-face interactions
Comfortable with social media and basic office technology
Willingness to work occasional evenings and attend community events
