 We’re Hiring: Member Sales & Relations Coordinator

 Laredo, TX | Full-Time

The Laredo Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated, people-focused professional to help grow and strengthen our membership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, sales, and community engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit new member businesses and support retention of existing members

• Build strong relationships through regular outreach, visits, and engagement

• Onboard and support new members, connecting them to Chamber benefits and events

• Serve as staff liaison to select Chamber committees, councils, and Ambassador groups, providing coordination and administrative support

• Coordinate and support Chamber events such as Business After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, and orientations

• Maintain accurate member records, billing, and invoicing using GrowthZone

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Professional, outgoing, and confident in face-to-face interactions

• Comfortable with social media and basic office technology

• Willingness to work occasional evenings and attend community events
