Customer Service Representative

Must be:

.Fluent in both English and Spanish

.Able to handle customer support duties (exceptional customer service skills)

.Familiar with MS Office Suites

.A quick and eager learner 

.Able to provide a VALID diver's license

The position requires: 

.Ability to listen and resolve customer's concerns

.Positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints

.1 year experience in customer service
