Avery Holdings, LTD was formed in 2003 as a real estate holding company. Our strategic decision to expand Avery Holdings and its subsidiaries through development and acquisition, the partnership has grown to hold approximately 100 million dollars in real estate notes and assets in several markets throughout Texas.  At the same time, Laredo Horizon Development Corporation, the management arm of Avery Holdings, has grown and transformed into a self-sustaining asset management and property management company.
